WHO WE ARE

People’s Dream Initiative is an independent, non-governmental movement committed to unlocking human potential through education, self-awareness, and access to knowledge. We exist to understand the hopes and aspirations of the people and to design sustainable, practical solutions that turn shared dreams into lasting impact.

As a progressive youth-driven initiative, we stand for the liberation of humanity from moral decline and intellectual stagnation. We believe that an enlightened mind is the foundation of personal success, social elevation, and national development. At the core of our work is the promotion of self-education empowering individuals to take ownership of their growth through reading, critical thinking, dialogue, and mentorship. Through targeted programs, public sensitization, and advocacy, we inspire a culture of lifelong learning by encouraging activities such as reading, debating, and leadership mentorship, while championing the development of new libraries and the revitalization of existing ones.

Our flagship mission focuses on reducing illiteracy by placing books directly into the hands of underprivileged children and teens living in poverty. We believe that one of the greatest legacies we can leave for future generations is a strong reading culture one that equips young minds with knowledge, confidence, and the ability to dream beyond their circumstances. Through education, we are not only changing lives we are advancing communities, shaping leaders, and building a stronger nation.
